Agent Usenet Beta Trials

Forté will begin beta trials on July 16, 2003 for its new Agent Usenet (APN) offering. More than 200 Agent customers, including many current premium NNTP service users covering a wide range of service offerings, will take part in the beta trials. These trials will last approximately one month and will allow Forté to evaluate service levels and customer satisfaction.

The APN offering is an integral part of Forté's two-year roadmap for the evolution and expansion of Agent products and services. The upcoming sequence of beta trials for Agent 2.x will bring an array of new features for both collaborators and digital collectors, including wizards to simplify the Agent and APN user experience.

The objective of Forté's APN offering is to support and facilitate the needs of the more than 40% of the Agent community who currently subscribe to premium NNTP services. Forté's APN will provide them with a high quality, low cost alternative, featuring high retention and completion rates, multiple offerings from measured to unlimited downloads, and support for high-speed or dial-up connections. Forté will also provide real time APN network status information and world-class customer support. Forté will announce the availability and pricing for the APN service upon completion of the beta trials.

If you are interested in taking part in the Forté APN beta trials please sign up. We are limiting the trials so we apologize in advance if we cannot accommodate you.

Regards,

The Forté Team
