Attachment Commands
Agent's attachment commands make it easy to manipulate the files.
For example, Open Attachment Folder opens an Explorer Window that contains the current attachment. If the message doesn't have a saved attachment, Agent opens the default attachment folder for that group.

Attachment Folders
Agent's Folder Properties lets you control where file attachments are saved.
Check "Append the Agent folder name as a subfolder" and Agent will automatically create a separate attachment folder for each newsgroup.
You can refine this behavior with Folder Property Schemes. For example, you might save "Picture" groups to My Documents\My Pictures and "DVD" groups to a separate D:\ drive.

Saving Attachments
Agent Folder Properties also provide you with granular control over when attachments are saved.
For binary newsgroup, you might choose to automatically save attachments based on the file type. This is ideal for .RAR files and other archives that require additional processing outside of Agent.
[0-9]+ matches file extensions that were split into a sequence such as .001, .002, .003, etc.

When browsing a newsgroup, Agent give you visual feedback on the status of the attachment. is an attachment that was downloaded. is an attachment that was downloaded and saved.
