Minor Upgrades
As a licensed Agent customer, you are always entitled to free minor upgrades for the version that they purchased. For example, if you purchased Agent 4.0, you are entitled to all minor upgrades in the Agent 4.x release stream.
Major Upgrades
As a registered user of any Agent version, you are entitled to a reduced-cost $US 19.00 upgrade to Agent 5.0. Once you pay the upgrade fee, you are entitled to free minor upgrades for that release stream.
Agent 4.2 Grace Period
If you purchased Agent 4.2 (new or upgrade order) on or after July 22nd, 2008 you are considered a registered Agent 5.0 user and entitled to a free Agent 5.0 upgrade.

We use a simple decimal system to label each new release of Agent software.
The number to the left of the decimal indicates a major upgrade.
The numbers to the right of the decimal indicates a minor upgrade.
