You can order a new copy or upgrade your existing copy using the following methods:

On-Line Options

Our on-line web forms will approve your credit card instantly.

New Users	Use our On-line Order Form to order a new copy of Agent. Your Credit Card and Order will be approved instantly.
Upgrades	Use our On-line Upgrade Form to order a new copy of Agent. For more information, read our Agent Upgrade Policy.

Fax	Save or Print a copy of our Fax Order Form. Once you've filled in the form, fax it to +1.919.969.2844
Purchase Order	We are happy to accept Purchase Orders for 10 or more units. For more information, please email us at Agent Order Inquiry.
Snail Mail	Save or Print a copy of our Snail Mail Order Form . Once you've filled in the form, mail it to Forte Internet Software, P.O. Box 131477, Carlsbad, CA, USA 92013-1477.

Credit Card	We accept MasterCard, Visa, or American Express. On-line Orders are approved instantly. Fax and Snail Mail Orders are approved 1 business day after receipt.
Money Order	We only accept Money Orders in US currency. The Money Order should be payable to "Forté Internet Software". Your order will be approved 1 business day after receipt.
Personal Check	We only accept Personal Checks drawn in US currency from a US bank. Your order will be approved 5 business days after receipt.

Forté will refund your Agent purchase under the following conditions:

You're not satisfied with the product during the first 30 days of use.
You have ordered more than one copy by mistake, intending only to order a single copy.
